software updates, new features and developments, patches and bug-fixes to ensure that the software is always up-to-date and meets the latest requirements.
In addition, we offer
technical support, um den Kunden bei der Installation, Einrichtung und Nutzung der enthaltenen Software zu unterstützen, offene Fragen zu klären und mögliche Probleme zu lösen.
For each concurrent connection, ecoDMS ONE offers the following for each license term:
- 1 x 15 min. support unit per year (direct contact with the manufacturer)
- all available updates for ecoDMS ONE software solutions (productive system)
- and all updates for the associated NFR licenses (test environment)
