Automatically Create Backups and Easily Restore Data
ecoMAILZ includes various functions for backing up and restoring emails and settings. You can backup your data manually or the system can create a backup fully automatically.
Full and Incremental Data Backup
ecoMAILZ offers various options for backing up the saved emails, settings and data:
- Full Data Backup: If you enable a full backup, ecoMAILZ executes a backup of all containers at the specified time.
- Incremental Data Security: If you enable the incremental backup, ecoMAILZ executes the data backup step-by-step. In this case ecoMAILZ upgrades the existing backup with the latest changes and new features in the selected intervals.
Manual and Automatic Data Backup
ecoMAILZ can either backup your data automatically in the background, or a user can create a manual backup with a simple mouse click.
Automatic data backup is particularly convenient. You can set the backup intervals individually:
- Daily at a specified time
- Weekly on a specified day of the week at a set time
- Monthly on a specified day of the month at a set time
Easy Data Recovery and Convenient Data Moving
Your backups can be used for restoring or moving the email archive. It only takes a few mouse clicks. The respective administrator simply selects the required backup in the ecoMAILZ Settings and then clicks the Restore button.
Email Notifications
ecoMAILZ has an option which notifies the users responsible about the status of a data backup. For example, ecoMAILZ informs you whether a data backup was successful or whether there were any issues.
