• If the message "The number of available licences has been exceeded." displays in the connection manager, you have probably established too many simultaneous connections to the ecoDMS server.
  • You can only make as many simultaneous connections to your ecoDMS archive as the number of licences you have purchased.
  • If you try to exceed the number of licences, the system will block your access for 10 minutes as a security measure.
  • Please ensure that you only make as many connections via the connection manager as the maximum number of valid licences you hold. If you have, for example, purchased 1 licence and have installed the programme on several computers, you may only connect 1 computer with 1 profile via the connection manager. Otherwise, this "error message" will display and your access will be blocked for a period of 10 minutes as a security measure. After approx. 10 minutes you can then reconnect via the connection manager with a computer.
