When assigning documents and document information, ecoDMS uses a classification dialogue box, where you can assign any metadata and permissions to a document. Each step within the classification is also documented in compliance with auditing standards in a document history. In this way, no information is lost and can be retraced at any time.

In the classification dialogue box, you can create a kind of “stamp” in ecoDMS:

In the settings dialogue box, create a new classification attribute “Stamp” in form of a combo box (free text is also possible). For the combo box you can then, for example, pre-define different values for the stamps, e.g. “Booked”, “Checked”, “Released” from which you can choose when classifying a document. The entry can be seen in the classification dialogue box and in the table. Of course, the attribute can also be used for automatic pre-classification.
