• Deleting the ecoDMS server component also automatically deletes all ecoDMS data irrevocably.
    • You can only restore all the archived files, information settings etc. if you created a comprehensive and clean backup of the entire database before uninstalling.
    • Without a backup you will not be able to restore your data after uninstalling.
  • If you want to reinstall ecoDMS after uninstalling the programme, you must restart the computer before reinstalling.
  • If the message "Received no reply message" displays, try the following:
    • Before uninstalling, backup your data
    • Uninstall ecoDMS from your computer
      • Version 12.05:
        • Open the %ProgramData% folder in Explorer.
        • Delete the ecodmspsql1205 folder.
        • Restart your computer.
        • Carry out the installation.
      • Version 14.08:
        • Open the %ProgramData%\ecoDMS folder in Explorer.
        • Delete the ecodmspsql1205 folder.
        • Restart your computer.
        • Carry out the installation.
