Installing ecoDMS / ecoMAILZ and Acronis True Image on the same computer may lead to the following behaviour:
The Acronis "Active Protection" tool recognizes some ecoDMS / ecoMAILZ files as "suspicious processes" and blocks them.

Consequently, ecoMAILZ may not display emails although they are in the database.
The cause of this issue is not in ecoDMS / ecoMAILZ and cannot be influenced by ecoDMS / ecoMAILZ.

Therefore, it is crucial to add the ecoDMS / ecoMAILZ files identified as suspicious to the non-suspicious files in Acronis True Image in the "Active Protection - Manage permission list" dialog box.

Should this behaviour persist in ecoDMS / ecoMAILZ when using Acronis True Image, please contact our support.
