Virtual View of your Working Environment with Headset

To get a perfect view of the company and the working environment of your staff, we provide workshop participants with a voice controlled RealWear headset.

  • This allows us to participate in company activities without personal contact or sacrificing quality.
  • We will get direct insight into the existing work processes, based on which we can give concrete advice on how to optimise existing processes.
  • While talking via TeamViewer, the consultant can simultaneously see the office environment, such as the office equipment or the open applications on screen, while strictly upholding data protection regulations.

Optimizing and Automating Document-Related Business Processes

1) Kick-Off Workshop
This workshop lays the basis for decision-makers to gain a common understanding of the relevant business processes.

2) Capturing Business Processes
Establishing a picture of the current situation by capturing the existing processes and their associated documents and information.

3) Interviews
Conducting interviews with selected departments to capture the current situation and define and weight processes according to the evaluation criteria.

4) Optimization
On the second day of the workshop, the participating company together with ecoDMS experts map this solution with ecoWorkflow.

The technical prerequisites are:
  • Stable internet connection
  • PC or laptop
  • Current web browser (Chrome or Firefox)
  • TeamViewer (software is available for free download from our website)
  • RealWear headset (provided by ecoDMS)*
*The headset is provided by ecoDMS GmbH. It is shipped via insured mail including manual and return label. Each headset is disinfected prior to dispatch. Following the workshop, you must duly return the headset to ecoDMS GmbH.
