  • Licensing Model of ecoDMS ONE

    • License Costs – one-time at contract signing:
      • EUR 250.00 net per CC
      • Min. 3 concurrent connections
    • Annual Fixed Costs – due for the first time at contract signing:
      • 50.00 Euro per concurrent connection
    • Free Updates:
      • During the contract period, you receive all software updates free of charge

  • Contract Duration | How Long an ONE Subscription Runs:

    • The contract duration is 12 months and automatically extends by another year upon expiration.
    • In case of cancellation, all included Addons are automatically deactivated (Addons = WORKZ Add-on, ecoDMS API).
      • The standard software can continue to be used without restrictions (however, no further updates can be applied)
