What is ecoDMS ONE?

The ecoDMS ONE full package for business customers consists of our software solutions for comprehensive digitalization, automation, and archiving of documents, emails, data, and processes. This gives companies long-term planning security with fixed annual costs.

ecoDMS ONE includes ecoDMS with WORKZ Add-on + API and ecoMAILZ. In addition, ecoDMS ONE includes all software updates and support during the license term.

ecoDMS ONE offers a comprehensive document management and archiving solution that is not only easy to use but also very powerful.

Software Included in ecoDMS ONE

ecoDMS
Our document management system (DMS) for simplifying digital document and data management. It allows users to save, organize and search documents in a central database, which greatly improves efficiency and collaboration in companies. Moreover, the software provides the technical base for compliance and data protection requirements, such as the GDPR, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of data.

WORKZ Add-on
The ecoDMS ONE license includes the full scope of features and the WORKZ add-on: It enhances ecoDMS with smart processes for document acknowledgement and approval, automated import features for emails and documents, and a digital document stamp.

API
Developers can use the API in ecoDMS ONE to create their own interfaces and tools to access ecoDMS features and integrate them with third-party software.

ecoMAILZ
Our email archiving software that enables to automatically archive emails according to specified rules and criteria to save disk space on the email server and facilitate email management. ecoMAILZ also ensures compliance with data protection rules and other compliance policies. After installation, ecoMAILZ can be fully integrated in ecoDMS and/or run as an independent software.

Apart from licenses for productive operation, we also provide NFR licences for all included software products of ecoDMS ONE for internal test purposes.

Software Maintenance and Support During License Term

ecoDMS ONE includes software maintenance software updates, new features and developments, patches and bug-fixes to ensure that the software is always up-to-date and meets the latest requirements.

In addition, we offer technical support, to support the customer during the installation, setup and use of the included software, to answer open questions and to solve possible problems.

For each concurrent connection, ecoDMS ONE offers the following for each license term:

  • 1 x 15 min. support unit per year (direct contact with the manufacturer)
  • all available updates for ecoDMS ONE software solutions (productive system)
  • and all updates for the associated NFR licenses (test environment)

Licensing Model

License costs are payable once upon conclusion of the contract:
  • EUR 250.00 net per concurrent connection (Min. 3 concurrent connections)
Annual fixed costs are due for the first time when the contract is concluded:
  • 50,00 Euro net per concurrent connection
Contract Period:
  • The contract period is 12 months and is automatically extended by a further year after expiration
  • In case of termination all included add-ons are automatically disabled (add-ons = WORKZ add-on, ecoDMS API)
  • You can continue using the standard software without restrictions (but you can no longer upload updates)
Scope of Delivery:
A license of ecoDMS ONE includes per concurrent connection
  • ecoDMS License
    • incl. WORKZ Add-on
    • and open ecoDMS API
  • ecoMAILZ License (1 user per concurrent connection)
  • 1 x 15 min. support unit per year and concurrent connection
  • Update authorization during the contract term
