What is one Service Unit / Support Unit?
  • A support package consists of a freely selectable number of service units
  • One service unit corresponds to 15 minutes
  • For each started quarter of an hour, one unit is deducted from the purchased package
  • Of course, no units will be deducted from a package if it is an error that demonstrably originates from our software
Where can I find information about my purchased support package?

After purchase, you will receive all important information by email, including

  • Your personal service number
  • The available contact options
  • Details regarding remote maintenance & the data processing agreement (AV-Vertrag)
How long is my support package valid?
  • A support package with ecoDMS ends once the purchased units have been fully consumed
  • The validity period is 24 months from the issue date of the units; there is no automatic renewal
How can I claim my support service?
  • All services are provided via telephone, email, or remote maintenance
  • The telephone connection to the hotline is free of charge for callers from the German landline network
  • A separate number is provided for calls from abroad or via mobile phone; the respective (roaming) price of the telephone provider applies here
How does remote maintenance work? What do I need to consider?
  • Remote maintenance is carried out via TeamViewer. Before the remote maintenance session, you should install this software on your system. Information on this will be sent to you by email after purchase.
  • Before you request or accept a remote maintenance session, we recommend that you close all applications that could contain personal or confidential information and perform a comprehensive data backup.
