You may only activate your licence for one computer instance. If you want to install the licence on another device or after a new installation, for example, you must deactivate the licence first. You can deactivate your licence via the settings area in the software.

If you cannot deactivate the licence according to the instructions in the manual because, for example, you did not deactivate your licence as described above, you can use this form to request ecoDMS GmbH to reset (deactivate) your licence.
