+ - What Does Extend Update Period Mean?

The update period is the time frame during which you receive all new updates for ecoDMS and ecoMAILZ. You benefit from:

  • regular improvements,
  • practical new features,
  • and all advantages of the current full version.

Depending on the selected licensing model, this service is available for 24 or 48 months. This ensures your software is always up to date.

+ - What Happens When the Update Period of My License Ends?

When the update period of your license has expired, no new updates for ecoDMS or ecoMAILZ can be installed.

However, the last installed version remains fully functional.

Please note: When the update period expires, all included Addons are automatically deactivated. These include:

  • WORKZ Add-on
  • ecoDMS API

An active update period ensures that your software is always up to date and your Addons remain ready for use.

+ - How Can I Extend the Update Period of My License?

You can easily extend the update period of your license in our online shop. Follow these steps:

  1. First, select the desired software category (ecoDMS or ecoMAILZ).
  2. Click on the product „Extend Update Period“.
  3. Select the desired update period: 24 or 48 months.
  4. Enter your license number.
  5. Select the desired number of users or concurrent connections.
  6. Click on „Add to Cart“.
  7. Complete the remaining steps of the order process.
  8. After payment is received, you will receive the updated license information via email – your license will be extended by the selected period.
