Origin and Development
ecoDMS GmbH was founded in 2014 as an independent company within the applord group. Its roots go back to 2004, when the first ecoDMS server emerged from a large client project – the foundation for today’s document management system.
Since then, ecoDMS has been developing innovative solutions for digital archiving and process automation. Today, over 20,000 customers and around 1,500 IT system houses across Europe rely on our products and services.

Our software is offered at fair conditions in the online shop – licenses and support are provided digitally and securely via email. Customers decide for themselves when they need support.
