With the WORKZ add-on, you extend ecoDMS with automated file and email imports, defined workflows for acknowledgment and approval, and a digital document stamp for complete traceability of your processes.
As a result, tasks are no longer handled informally via forwarding, but are managed as a process and completed traceably.
ecoDMS API
Via the ecoDMS API, you connect ecoDMS with your existing system landscape, such as ERP, accounting, or custom applications.
Transfer documents and metadata automatically between ecoDMS and the desired integration. The interface is based on JSON-REST and is compatible with common programming languages such as PHP, Java, and QT.
