A support package allows you to have direct contact with our technicians/advisors for questions and assistance regarding the software products of ecoDMS GmbH: Installation • Setup • Application • Troubleshooting
This support package consists of 2 service units of 15 minutes each, which you can use, for example, for the following services:
- Initial installation of ecoDMS or ecoMAILZ (without setting up ecoMAILZ adapters)
- Creation of Classification Templates (e.g., simple, form template, RegEx)
- Consultation on the WORKZ Add-on
- Consultation on performing an upgrade
- Answering questions about ecoDMS, ecoMAILZ, and the WORKZ Add-on
