  • The WORKZ Add-on costs a one-time fee of only EUR 4.17 incl. 19% VAT (EUR 3.50 net) per month (no subscription) per ecoDMS license number and includes all contained features.
  • The price is calculated based on the remaining term of the ecoDMS license update period. The add-on term corresponds to the remaining update period of the respective ecoDMS license number at the time of purchase of the add-on.
  • After this period expires, the add-on is automatically deactivated.

Extension / Upgrade of the WORKZ Add-on Term for ecoDMS

  • Extending the add-on license is optional. You can purchase the WORKZ Add-on either directly with the extension of the ecoDMS update period or later in the online shop as an additional product for your ecoDMS license.
  • If the number of user licenses for ecoDMS (concurrent connections) changes, the WORKZ Add-on adjusts automatically – at no extra cost.

  • Assuming the ecoDMS license is valid until 20.03.2027 and the WORKZ Add-on is purchased on 03.04.2025, the remaining term is 24 months.
  • The price of the WORKZ Add-on is calculated as follows:
    • 24 months x EUR 3.50 net = 84.00 EUR net
  • After purchase, the add-on is activated within ecoDMS for this license number and remains active until the end of the update period on 20.03.2027.
  • To activate the add-on, the existing ecoDMS license must simply be deactivated in the client and then reactivated.
