The WORKZ Addon Is an Optional Extension for ecoDMS. It Automates the Import of Documents and Emails in ecoDMS, Accelerates Workflows for Acknowledgment and Approval, and Ensures the Traceability of Processes with a Digital Stamp. The Price Is Fairly Based on the Remaining Update Term of the License From the ecoDMS Document Management System.

This Is What the WORKZ Addon for ecoDMS Costs

  • The WORKZ Addon costs a one-time fee of only EUR 4.17 incl. 19% VAT (EUR 3.50 net) per month (no subscription) per ecoDMS license number and includes all contained features.
  • The price is calculated based on the remaining term of the ecoDMS license update period. The term of the addon corresponds to the remaining term of the update period of the respective ecoDMS license number at the time of purchasing the addon.
  • After this term expires, the addon is automatically deactivated.
  • Extend Term

Extension of the Term of the WORKZ Addon for ecoDMS

  • The extension of the addon license is optional. You can buy the WORKZ addon either directly with the extension of the ecoDMS update period or later in the online shop as an additional product for your ecoDMS license.
  • If the number of user licenses for ecoDMS (concurrent connections) changes, the WORKZ addon adjusts automatically – without extra costs.
  • Important note: When you extend the update period for your ecoDMS, the term of installed addons does not automatically extend. Please remember to book the desired addon accordingly if required.
  • Price Calculation Example

Information on the Price Calculation for the WORKZ Addon for ecoDMS

  • Assuming the ecoDMS license is valid until 2027-03-20. The purchase of the WORKZ addon takes place on 2025-04-03. This results in a remaining term of 24 months.
  • 24 months x EUR 3.50 net = 84.00 EUR net
  • After the purchase, the addon is activated within ecoDMS for this license number and remains active until the end of the update period on 2027-03-20.
  • To activate the addon, the existing ecoDMS license simply needs to be deactivated in the client and then reactivated.
