Licensing Model of ecoDMS ONE
- License Costs – one-time at contract signing:
- EUR 250.00 net per concurrent connection
- Min. 3 concurrent connections
- Annual Fixed Costs – due for the first time at contract signing:
- 50.00 Euro per concurrent connection
- Free Updates:
- During the contract period, you receive all software updates free of charge
- License Costs – one-time at contract signing:

Contract Duration | How Long an ONE Subscription Runs:
- The contract duration is 12 months and automatically extends by another year upon expiration.
- In case of cancellation, all included Addons are automatically deactivated (Addons = WORKZ Add-on, ecoDMS API).
- The standard software can continue to be used without restrictions (however, no further updates can be applied)
