Licensing Model
- License Costs - one-time upon contract signing:
- EUR 250.00 net per concurrent connection
- Min. 3 concurrent connections
- Annual Fixed Costs - payable for the first time upon contract signing:
- 50.00 Euro per simultaneous connection
- Free Updates:
- You receive all software updates free of charge during the contract period

Contract Term
- The contract term is 12 months and automatically renews for another year upon expiration.
- Upon cancellation, all included add-ons are automatically deactivated (Add-ons = WORKZ Add-on, ecoDMS API).
- The standard software can continue to be used without restriction (however, no further updates can be installed)
