Workshop: ecoDMS Basics

Learn the basics of ecoDMS in this interactive workshop and optimize your work processes. Using informative examples, we will explain to you in detail both in theory and practice over approximately 180 minutes how you can use ecoDMS to optimize your work processes.

  • Sound Basics

    Connection setup & login, getting started, Classification Templates, archiving, classification, searching, filtering, finding, web client.

  • Compact Group

    Limited to a max. of 10 people for intensive exchange via MS Teams (video/chat) in the virtual training room.

  • Own Test Environment

    Direct live practice in your own virtual machine (VM) for optimal transfer into daily work.

  • Target Group

    Users, employees from office management & administration, specialists, executives, and management who want to build sound knowledge of ecoDMS.

Technical Prerequisites + Information for Participating in the Workshop:

  • Language: German
  • Stable internet connection
  • Up-to-date internet browser (Chrome - Edge - Opera)
  • PC or laptop
  • Speakers or headphones
  • Microphone (e.g. built-in laptop or headset)
  • Webcam or laptop camera
  • 2 screens (recommended)

Conference Tool: Microsoft Teams Meeting (Installation of this software is recommended. Participation via meeting link in the browser is also possible.)

Support for Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP): Enables displaying + controlling the screen content of a remote computer. Your system environment must support RDP to access the training VMs.
