Extend ecoDMS Update Period

ecoDMS is a software for archiving and managing documents. You can use it to archive, manage and retrieve paper-based and digital documents.

Extend the update period for your existing ecoDMS license.

This is where the lifetime license-fee guarantee (LLG) applies: When you enter your existing license number, the price is calculated automatically for the license fee associated with your license number.

License Update Period extension details

You can extend the update period within a grace period of +/- 3 months; the extension seamlessly follows the end of the current update period.
When the 3-month grace period has expired, the update cycle and the LLG for this license will lapse. To purchase new updates, you will need to purchase a new first license.
The name of the licensee remains the same when the update period is extended.
Choose the update period for the extension here (24 or 48 months).
You can select any number of concurrent connections for the update period.
ecoDMS add-ons are not automatically included in the license. You can purchase add-ons for your license as an option here in our online shop.
