  • Automatic File Import

    Defined folders in your network are monitored at fixed intervals. New files are automatically imported into ecoDMS and assigned the correct document type and classification. The original format is preserved in the process.

  • Automatic Email Import

    Via a connection to your email mailbox, incoming emails including attachments are automatically archived in ecoDMS. You configure which mailboxes are monitored and according to which rules the assignment takes place.

  • Acknowledgment and Approval

    A workflow can be defined for each document, specifying who is presented with which document, acknowledges it, and approves it. The responsible employee receives their task in ecoDMS, and the result is logged with a digital stamp.
