Licensing is not based on the total number of your employees, but exclusively on the concurrently active connections (concurrent users). This makes usage maximally flexible and transparently plannable for companies:
- Unlimited installations: You can set up the software on as many devices as you like. There is no license restriction per workstation or user account.
- Active access: The number of your licenses determines how many people can actively work in the system at the same moment.
Example: With 3 licenses, 3 employees can work simultaneously. As soon as a colleague logs off, the license is instantly released for the next user. This way, you do not have to license each individual employee separately and save costs.
