License Extensions

  • The number of users within a license can be increased through license extensions with additional users
  • When extending the license, the full base price (LLG) must always be paid per user
  • License extensions do not extend the update period
  • A license can only be extended within the valid update period and within a grace period of +/- 3 months

Update Period

  • You can choose the update period when purchasing a license (24 or 48 months)
  • From the purchasing date onwards, updates for the selected period are free
  • You can extend the update period within a grace period of +/- 3 months
  • The extension of the update period begins at the end of the current update period
  • When extending the update period, you can choose any number of users

Updates (Rolling Releases)

  • Updates ensure that ecoDMS is always up to date and offers all current features and security standards
  • These updates include new features, security improvements and bug fixes
  • ecoMAILZ users receive all software updates free of charge during the valid update period
  • A license can be used for an unlimited period of time, but is no longer supported and supported by the manufacturer after the update period has expired
