Course Schedule and Conditions

In a 2-day training course we will train you to become a qualified premium reseller. We will convey all necessary knowledge about sales, service, installation, configuration, and application.

+ - Inhalte und Zeiten der Zertifikatsschulung

Erster Schulungstag von 9:00 Uhr bis ca. 17:00 Uhr

Am ersten Tag beschäftigen wir uns mit der Einrichtung und Anwendung des ecoDMS Archivs. Dabei behandeln wir u.a. die folgenden Themen: 

  • Administrative Benutzer- und Gruppenverwaltung
  • Aufbau des Systems
  • Klassifizierungsvorlagen
  • Berechtigungsmanagement
  • Suchfunktionen
  • AdHoc Workflow
  • Tipps und Tricks
  • uvm.

Zweiter Schulungstag von 9:00 Uhr bis ca. 16:00 Uhr

Am zweiten Tag geht es um die Vermittlung des technischen Basiswissens. Dazu zählen u.a. die folgenden Themen:

  • Installation
  • Deinstallation
  • Offline Client
  • Datensicherung und Wiederherstellung
  • Mobiler Zugriff
  • API Rest Service (Schnittstelle)
  • NAS
  • uvm. 

Ein weiterer wichtiger Bestandteil ist am zweiten Tag die Vertriebsschulung. Hier geht es u.a. um die folgenden Themen:

  • Umsatz generieren mit dem ecoDMS Archiv
  • Vertriebsargumente beim Kundengespräch

Unverzichtbares Basiswissen vermitteln wir außerdem zu den Themen

  • GoBD
  • Revisionskonformes Arbeiten
  • Verfahrensdokumentation
  • Grundlagen zur rechtskonformen Papiervernichtung

Information: Die Schulungszeit kann je nach Teilnehmerkreis etwas variieren.

+ - Schulungsablauf

  • Alle TeilnehmerInnen können die Schulung interaktiv mitgestalten.
  • Hierfür stellen wir einen virtuellen Schulungsraum bereit, über welchen kommuniziert werden kann.
  • Jeder erhält einen Zugang zu einer Testumgebung (VM = virtuelle Maschine), an dem die Trainingsinhalte direkt nachgestellt und live geübt werden können.
  • Die Kurs-TeilnehmerInnen können miteinander sprechen, chatten, sich über Video sehen und interaktiv per Mausklick die Inhalte mitgestalten.
Zurzeit finden QPR-Schulungen nur online statt. Sobald wir wieder Vor-Ort Schulungen anbieten, finden Sie die Information als Hinweis zu den Schulungsterminen.

+ - Technische Voraussetzungen für die Onlineschulung

Sie können bequem vom HomeOffice oder Ihrem Arbeitsplatz aus an unseren interaktiven Online-Workshops teilnehmen.

Die technische Voraussetzungen hierfür sind:

  • eine stabile Internet-Anbindung
  • PC oder Laptop
  • aktueller Internetbrowser (Chrome, Edge oder Opera)
  • Lautsprecher oder Kopfhörer
  • Mikrofon (z.B. vom Laptop oder Headset)
  • WebCam oder Laptop-Kamera
  • idealerweise 2 Monitore
  • Microsoft Teams Meeting (Software empfohlen, Teilnahme auch via Sitzungslink im Browser möglich)
  • Unterstützung des Remote Deskop Protocols (RDP)*

*Das Remote Desktop Protocol (RDP) ist ein proprietäres Netzwerkprotokoll von Microsoft für den Fernzugriff auf Windows-Computer. Es ermöglicht das Darstellen und Steuern des Bildschirminhalts eines entfernten Computers. Um den Zugriff auf die virtuellen Testmaschinen während des Workshops zu ermöglichen, muss Ihre Systemumgebung RPD unterstützen.

+ - Rechtliche Hinweise zur Zertifikatsschulung

  • Die Weitergabe der Zugangsdaten zu den Schulungsrechnern sowie das Teilen oder Aufzeichnen von Audio, Video und/oder Bildinhalten / Screenshots der Schulung sind während des gesamten Workshops ausdrücklich untersagt. 
  • Nach Abschluss des Workshops werden alle Daten, die von Teilnehmern während des Trainings auf die Übungscomputer eingegeben und hochgeladen wurden, unwiderruflich gelöscht.
  • Es werden keine Sicherungen oder andere Kopien dieser Daten erzeugt.
  • Auch Protokolle, Gesprächsverläufe und jegliche Aufzeichnungen in Chats sind von dieser unwiderruflichen Löschung betroffen.
  • Der Status des Qualified Premium Resellers ist für min. 24 Monate gültig
