We are pleased to announce the upcoming release of our latest rolling release update “ecoDMS (burns) build 23.02. The update includes a series of new features and improvements to further increase the efficiency and functionality of the document management system.

More efficient incoming email processing in the inbox

The update contains new features for more efficiency of incoming email processing in the inbox. Users can simultaneously highlight and move several pages and reverse the page order. In addition, multi-page documents can be separated into individual pages with just a mouse-click.

Consistent zoom and scroll features

The new, consistent zoom and scrolling feature ensures consistent user experience in the document views. For example, users can easily zoom in and out of the document preview.

Extended user profiles for WORKZ add-on

Use the optional WORKZ add-on to define processes in ecoDMS and automate recurring routines, such as document acknowledgement and approval. The update offers a new, optional email address field for ecoDMS users and LDAP/AD profiles. Moreover, it contains email notifications for acknowledgement and approval processes, as well as customizable settings for roles. This ensures that responsible users are automatically informed about the status of current workflows.
