Overview of the lifecycle and end of support for each software version.

General Information

  • A software version can always be used without limitation even after a lifecycle has ended
  • At the end of the lifecycle, the respective software version will not be further developed and will no longer be supported; thus license extensions are no longer available.
  • Users have no right for rectification in case of incompatibility after the lifecycle has come to an end
  • Following the introduction of rolling releases with ecoDMS (burns) and ecoMAILZ (donnie), we provide regular software updates. These include all feature extensions, security updates, and bug fixes, and can be installed at any time during the running update period of the license
  • We value the security of your data and information. With each update we optimise our software. We also take into account the latest security standards. We therefore recommend you always install the latest version of all software components.
