“Simply digital”: This was the motto for the first ecoDMS in-house exhibition. The exhibition was all about document management, archiving and workflow. Visitors were convinced by the efficient management and organisation of documents, with examples from the sectors of tax consulting and senior citizen care. ecoDMS GmbH has now published the recordings from the exhibition in the official YouTube channel. The videos are available for free for everyone. This allows visitors to re-watch content from the exhibition or watch some presentations they may have missed.

Together with its partners, ecoDMS focused on presenting the benefits of the software solutions to visitors of the in-house exhibition. To do so, the agenda included interactive presentations and user stories with best practices on three “stages”. In addition, the informative presentations offered tips on setting up the document management system or transferring data from other systems. Speakers also presented the integration of ecoDMS with third-party systems such as DATEV, JTL and MS Dynamics NAV to show the flexible use of the software solution.

The exhibition was a great success. Visitors had an exciting event day with interesting lectures, presentations, and panel discussions. In the chat, participants were able to interact directly with the speakers. The speakers answered questions and exchanged their experience with ecoDMS software products and their interfaces.

The virtual in-house exhibition was a great opportunity for visitors to obtain information and exchange ideas about digital management and processing of documents, and business process automation. Apart from archiving and digitalizing business documents, speakers also touched on the relevant policies for data, email, document and information storage.

The final panel discussion gave interesting insights into the future and further development of the software solutions from ecoDMS. In the near future, software users can look forward to many new features arising from the increased integration of artificial intelligence in ecoDMS as well as ecoDMS cloud solutions.
