ecoDMS GmbH offers online training, interactive workshops, and product presentations for its software portfolio straight from the manufacturer. Online training sessions are open for booking in the ecoDMS online shop at https://www.ecoDMS.de/index.pho/de/shop/academy for EUR 49.00 incl. 19% VAT. A training session lasts approx. 45-60 minutes, is held in German, and takes place in an open group.

Training: Getting Started with ecoDMS

The first training session “Getting Started with ecoDMS” will take place on Friday, 18 November, 2022. This training is aimed at first users and illustrates how to get started with ecoDMS.
Users will get to know the possibilities ecoDMS offers for document archiving. They will learn how to archive, manage, classify, assign permissions to, and share and retrieve various document types in ecoDMS. In addition, users will get first insights into the ecoDMS backup features for archived data, settings, and information. As part of this training, you will also learn how to set up the initial folder tree and permissions.
Training: ecoDMS Invoice Processing

“ecoDMS invoice processing” is next on the agenda. This training session focuses on how ecoDMS can support and optimize existing invoice runs.

Training: RegEx in the ecoDMS Template Designer

In the “RegEx in the ecoDMS Template Designer” session, users can acquire the fundamentals for using regular expressions in the ecoDMS template designer. We use practical examples to show you how to prepare and optimize automatic document recognition and classification in ecoDMS by using RegEx in the template designer.
Using regular expressions (RegEx), you can extract dynamic values from documents to attributes. This way you can automatically read any text position in documents automatically. In addition, ecoDMS GmbH shows how to use RegEx in the keywords of the template designer to select the correct template.
