Exclusive support via free hotline and e-mail straight from the manufacturer according to the modern prepaid principle. We offer support via phone, remote maintenance and e-mail for technical and content questions.
  • With a purchased package, an engineer/consultant will be at your disposal for technical and content support and/or consulting
  • One service unit lasts 15 minutes. For every additional quarter of an hour, one unit is taken away from the package obtained.
  • A package terminates automatically after all the purchased units have been consumed, or after the 12 mounths elapses.
  • All services are supplied via email, remote support & and/or free hotline. The free hotline number applies for the German network. There is a separate number for calls from abroad or via mobile phone. In this case, the roaming price of your service provider applies.
  • The package details will be sent after your purchase together with the related contact information via email.
  • Of course no units are deducted from your support package if it is clearly an error of our product.
  • We recommend you close any applications that might contain personal or confidential information before you request and accept a remote maintenance session and make a complete backup.
